Luckily, Secretlab has its warehouse based in Utah and Tennessee. Orders are typically processed within one business day and will usually be delivered in 3 business days. Also, keep in mind that Secretlab only serves and ships to customers in 48 contiguous United States. 

Secretlab using FedEx Ground, and the shipping costs about $29 for their chairs. However, this will depend on the location, and the final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Assembly

Warranty

With their Extended Warranty Program, Secretlab offers a generous 5-year warranty on all of their models. Most other gaming chair manufacturers only offer a mere 12-month warranty. Secretlab will replace or repair all defective parts or products. And in case they aren’t able to fix the defective issue, they will even reimburse you for the purchase. 

However, it’s important to note that there are some exceptions to this warranty. It won’t cover the following claims resulting from:

• Minor deviations from the images posted 
• Any wear and tear that comes from the material or chair aging 
• Improper care or assembly such as coming in contact with animals or high heat
• The chair is used in anything other than a private, non-commercial setting.

According to their return policy, customers have up to 49 days from their date of purchase to return their chairs. However, customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. It’s also important to note that:

• The chair must be entirely disassembled
